Crash on northbound I-15 kills woman from Lake Elsinore

Crash kills Lake Elsinore woman, headline from the California Highway Patrol:

On April 30, at approximately 7:42 a.m., dispatch received a call of a multi-vehicle collision involving overturned vehicles on northbound I-15 north of Temescal Canyon Road in Corona.

Emergency personnel responded and discovered a female motorist (26, Lake Elsinore) had perished on scene as a result of the collision. Mr. Richard Everett, 67, of Temecula and Mr. Sherman Davis, 39, of Phoenix, Arizona were involved in separate vehicles and transported to local hospitals for treatment of minor injuries.

All lanes of northbound I-15 were closed with traffic being diverted off at Temescal Canyon Road.

All lanes were reopened at approximately 10:27 am. This collision is still under investigation.

Name of decedent being withheld pending notification of kin.
