Amanda Dorothy Bratton passed away on April 30, 2012 at Somerford Place in Redlands, California. She was born October 25, 1919 in Akron, Ohio to Horace and Lottie Wert.

Amanda was a registered nurse.

She is survived by John, her husband of 70 years; daughter Martha Streit (David) of Redlands; son John (Jolynda) of Big Bear City; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services are being provided by Cortner Funeral Chapel in Redlands. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
