It is with great sadness that the family of Margaret L. Foster announce her passing on June 16, 2012. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 10, 1935 and was a resident of Hemet, California for 9 years.

Margaret attended First Presbyterian Church of Hemet, was a member of the church choir, Happy Harmoneers, Red Hat Society, Hemet West Bridge Club, and was also involved in many volunteer services.

Margaret was married to Gilbert E. Foster for 44 years, had four children, and was widowed in 1996. Margaret will be remembered by her loving partner of 10 years John Barton; her three daughters, Lynn Kamer, Kris Withrow, and Karen Selsor; her son Scott Foster; six grandchildren, David, Caroline, Andrew, Lauren, Ashley, and Jessica; sisters Mary Baverman and Ellen Kuhn; brother Charles Mueller; and many close friends.

A celebration of her life will take place on Friday, June 22nd at 11:00 a.m. for her family and friends, at the Hemet West Clubhouse. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Happy Harmoneers for their music scholarship fund at 44725 Florida Avenue #215, Hemet, CA 92544, or the First Presbyterian Church of Hemet (951) 658-4433.
